Refund policy

Offer Audit is a one-time consulting service. If you request a refund before you submit a complete Client Intake post, we refund the purchase in full.

After a complete intake is submitted, work has started. Refunds after that point are considered only if the written audit is not delivered within 5 business days, except where a longer time is required by law.

Request a refund from your Whop receipt or from Client Intake. We do not refund because results after you apply the notes were different from what you hoped. The product is the written review, not a sales outcome.
